This Year Is A Big Deal (2025)

While waiting on the Lord, He showed me that this year is a culmination of the words He spoke throughout last year. Like everything that was said last year and what I walked through last year was just a small taste of what was coming for this year corporately. He said, “everything I told you was coming last year is here now this year“. This is a big deal—truly, a very big deal. I don’t know 100% what it means, of course. We all prophesy in part and know in part; but when that which is perfect comes, then that which is in part will be done away with. Praise Jesus, that seems to be coming sooner than later.

As I pressed into the Lord for direction on the theme of this year, He revealed that this theme is not only for this year but for the 3.5 years to come/until He returns. The theme is, “Get your oil.” I hear Him saying to the body at large, “Go to those who sell the oil now and start filling up with the knowledge of Him—how to enter into His presence, how to flow in the anointing, and how to keep in step with His Spirit.” Essentially, this year is all about how to hide yourself in Him.

It is time to seek out how and where to get your oil and take the time to fill up with it to the point that you overflow and have extra to spare. This will require you to not be ashamed of living for Him because it is time to learn how to trim your wicks and be ready to shine brightly for Him and know what that means.

Church… this, right now, is the moment to realize that the labor pains of His return are real and that a moment is coming when the water will break, and the living water will gush forth and won’t be able to be healed back no matter the opposition. Like a dam breaking the living water, in the form of His people, will flow into every city and every suburb and every nook and cranny. The pressure on the church will be so great those who are ready for want is coming will hop to doing what needs to be done no matter how messy or dangerous because they have been prepared in the secret place. The persecution that is coming will be on the heals of these amazing moves of God. We are gonna need to know how to slip away and when to stand in their midst. Our “yes” to God needs to come with a sobriety about it in this hour before His return. Sobriety not superiority. The leaders we are used to following seem to have an elevated status like they are superior. Many of them got rich in their ministry while we will be martyred and persecuted. I know that it sounds crazy to say but I believe that it is true. That these things will come to pass just prior to the rapture of the Church.

When the dam breaks and Holy Spirit power filled believers rise up the church will operate in such power and glory that we will become a force to be reckoned with, infuriating the religious and those in authority. They will realize that they don’t have the oil and there will be envy and jealousy and slander because of it. Just like it happened for Jesus in His time in earthly ministry so will these times be for us.

The fury will be subtle at first almost undetectable, coming from people you love—those you have sat next to in church, those you have fellowshipped with, those who have lead you, and people you thought were on the same path as you. The Holy Spirit will begin to nudge you, and many of you have already felt it, saying, “Come out from among them.” But because of who it is, you will be tempted to ignore it. You will second-guess yourself and doubt the wisdom He is giving you from above.

If you don’t heed this call, I am not entirely sure of the full scope of what will happen… I know that You will miss the intimacy He desires to have with you but I think that you will also suffer the consequences of deeper cuts trying to put things back together that need to stay separated and you miss out on the good things He has for you in true fellowship of the saints. I am seeing shards of glass and splinters of glass getting in your hands as you try to put together whats being broken.

God wants to deal with your doubt about what your discerning and about His directing you and leading you. This doubt about what the Lord is speaking will block you from obeying and from getting your oil. Nothing is worth that—nothing and no one. Not your friends, not your family, not your pastor—no one.

I hard him say last year almost right away, “the church must guard their hearts against offense“. There is going to be so much Godly division coming that the people are going to be so tempted to go into offense but they need to resist. It is a ploy of the enemy. The enemy wants Holy Spirit filled christians to be offended so that there is an open door for Him to enter in and torment them and weaken their connection with the Father and the block up the flow of Holy Spirit. It is imperative that we understand that the battle is not against flesh and blood but agains unseen forces in the spiritual realm. This is persecution of Christ in you. Its proof He’s with you that is GREAT news because He in side of you is your ONLY hope of Glory.

As you follow Him more deeply into the secret place of consecrating your life only to Him and making space for His Holy Spirit, you will enter into both persecution and the abundant life. This year, you must be bold, take back what is yours that the enemy has stolen, and go after the harvest, because He is pouring out His Spirit on all flesh and the harvest is plenty and the workers are few and we need to work quickly before the storm comes.  It is time to work day and night, night and day, and to act swiftly before the storm arrives because our time is limited and the storm is on the horizon.

I believe that to walk in the fullness of His glory, we must say a sober-minded “yes” to the persecution that will come as a result of walking in the glory, signs, wonders, miracles, and healings of Jesus Christ. You will be greatly disoriented if you think that walking in these things will earn you favor from the religious. You will understand why Jesus was a friend of sinners and not synagogues (churches). I heard Him say, “They never would have killed me had I been willing to stop healing people, are you still willing to do signs wonders and miracles…”

You will see the antichrist spirit rise up in people before he rises up to lead them. There will be a deception that, unless you press in to know and be known by God, it will blind minds. Listen to me: this is not to scare you but to prepare you. The world is setting the stage for the antichrist. Prophecy does not slow down or stop; God’s will will come to pass, and it is His will to bring this age to a close

It is biblical and therefor the will of God that the antichrist will rise and the tribulation will happen, so everything being prophesied about the current administration and those surrounding it—both in the positive and the negative—is true. Only people who can handle true cognitive dissonance of 2 things being true at once will be able to wrap their minds around this reality and not be shaken. I also believe that we are entering a time of prosperity of soul, recompense, and answered prayers; the window of heaven is open over us. But yes, there is also a nefarious plan in place behind the scenes and we need to keep both eyes on Him and walk straight towards Him rain or shine.

Listen, the time will come when people will not endure sound teaching. That time is now, and it’s growing. People want their ears to be tickled, much like the captions of the Titanic, who were only willing to give and receive happy transmissions. They are literally on record saying to those sending warnings, “Stop messaging us; you are jamming up our signal.” Can you believe that? Think how many lives would have been saved had they simply been willing to hear the hard words so they could carry on with the good words.

So I am here right now saying, listen: get ready. understand that nothing is more important than trusting this trustworthy saying: “In your weakness, He is strong”. Sing the song, “not my battle it not my fight, not by power not by might.” I kept hearing Him say this, and I asked what more He had to say on this. I kept hearing, “David.” “David was a man after my own heart”. I said, “Yes, what does this have to do with our weakness and Your strength?” He replied, “David was honest before me. He lamented. He poured out his heart to me in honesty. He didn’t pretend to have it all together in my presence. He was undignified for me before others and in the secret place of the hill country and His chambers. He told me how he really felt, not how he should feel, and then He let me minister to Him as he ministered to me.” The beauty of their relationship explained t me by the Father was sorting that made me yearn to know and be known by Him.

I felt He was saying, “I want my Davids to rise up in faith and honesty to come after my heart, so I can give it to them.” He said, “many have been prophesying that suddenly are coming, and the people who have all but given up hope that it is ever going to happen will see it come to pass and be moved to confession and repentance for ever doubting my goodness and grace then they will be filled with gladness instead of mourning. The times of refreshing are here. The hope deferred and heart sickness will vanish like a vapor as you see your longings fulfilled and remember that, ‘He who promised is faithful’.”

You will lean on, understand and rejoice in His righteousness, not your own. You will lean into and grasp His righteousness more than ever before as you see His faithfulness proven true knowing that it is so much bigger than you. There will be an uprising of preaching the true simple Gospel: Jesus was born to a virgin, lived a sinless life—both fully God and fully man—died a sinner’s death to save us from our sins, effectively becoming cursed for all humanity. After three days, He arose from the dead and reversed the curse. From there, He ascended into heaven, where He is right now, living and seated next to the Father with total power and total authority. When He went into Heaven, He sent His Holy Spirit to dwell in those who believe in their hearts and confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord. There is going to be crazy amounts of power that come form this simple gospel truth and people accepting Jesus As Lord of their life and getting baptized in the fire of Holy Spirit.

We have been waiting on Him for an outpouring for so long, and it is just about here.

There is going to be a greater revelation of what it means that we have all the power and authority over the enemy and what it means that Jesus lives in and through us. We will be fearless. We will actually rejoice in our sufferings for the gospel.  We are going to have a spirit of revelation and the fear of the Lord fall on people, and they will wake up to the true calling on their lives: to preach the Gospel to all of creation, lay hands on the sick, cast out demons, and make disciples. And they will be empowered to do it!

We are transitioning from a time of the remnant being relatively quiet and consisting of a few who believe, to a powerful, bold, and unapologetic group of prophetically activated individuals who will not back down. They will be heard saying, “Though you slay me, I will live.” They will live and die for Christ. They will realize that to even have a hope of awakening those following the religious, they will sometimes have to seem antagonistic to the system. Think “You brood of vipers” messages—these savage faithful followers will not be afraid to say it.

They will see the corruption and the lies of leadership, realizing that those they thought were for them were actually against them. They are the ones who say, “Though even my mother and my father forsake me, You never will,” to Jesus, and they will know His friendship more intimately than those raised trusting in religion, ever will this side of heaven.

There is also a calling out of the new age that is coming. The devil thought he had them, but Jesus said, “You are mine,” and He will pull these individuals out of darkness into His glorious light. They will carry with them the treasures of darkness. Meaning, the things they learned in the camp of the enemy about the way and the realness of the supernatural will lead them to be fully convinced that the supernatural is undeniable and Jesus is king above it all. They will know how to defeat the darkness, having once been in that camp, understanding its tricks and tactics. 

However, they will need mothers and fathers in the faith who are not of the religion spirit at all and who are not afraid of messiness. These mothers and fathers in the faith will be positioned and have already been being trained to teach them wisdom and guide them out the flesh and its deception and instruct them in righteousness.

We will have a short time to disciple those who are added to the faith daily. This suddenly will in fact be just the sudden breakthrough of what the Lord has been preparing for it for a very long time, and you and I are here for such a time as this.

This year, when you don’t know how to pray, pray Psalm 91. Know that the “ten plagues” are coming, but so is our exodus, and so is our manna. There will be light in the land of Goshen, where the true believers reside.
