My dear daughters,
I love you. I am here with you, and I see all that you have laid before me. Your love for me and your trust in me is no small thing. You are bringing me your heart, laying it at my feet, and I am mending it. I am also sending it. I am mending your heart so that you can be healed and whole, filling in all the gaps that people have left by mistreating you and that the enemy has taken advantage of. I want to fortify the walls of your heart with my love. I want this for you more than you do, my loves. I want you to be healed, whole, and free to move with me wherever I go, not held up by a heart believing lies – lies that you are bound by the law of sin and death, but instead freed by my liberation of the captives of the curse. My death on the cross is amazing grace. It is the gift of unmerited favor on and over you and your life. My actions on the cross are bigger than you are. My mercy is upon you, and my grace surely is sufficient for you, my children. I really will carry you if you’ll let me. I will clean you too, and I will love you well.
Love,
Dad

“so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.”
Romans 8:2
“For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death.”
2 Corinthians 12:9
“But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”
