- Unwavering Resolve: Staying true to a goal, belief, or person even when facing severe pressure or hard times.
- Emotional Endurance: Keeping a steady mind and calm attitude during unexpected storms or opposition.
- Deep Roots: Coming from old roots meaning “fixed in place,” like a warrior standing their ground
Prayer Of Steadfastness
Father, I come into this time of prayer specifically for Sara and I and the intercessors on this team and our entire households and bloodlines. Lord You know what we need before we even ask and so I think you that you have already provided for each of us all that we need in Christ to be and become steadfast.
I declare that You are God above it all and faithful through all the generations. You sent Your Son to reconcile us to Yourself. YOU LOVE US! Bring each of us into an awareness of that love today. Let us bask in Your presence and receive deeply of Your love and Your goodness.
Your love is better than life, and I just acknowledge before You that better is one day in Your courts than a thousand elsewhere.
What I know You want for Sara, these intercessors, myself, and each of our households and bloodlines is that we would know You, love You, and serve You with whole and undivided hearts and I want that too and so does Sara.
Lord, I desire for each of us and the bloodlines represented here would become mature, steadfast, and lack nothing, and that we would walk circumspectly before You, O Lord.
Bring us each to a deep and true repentance for everything we have held more dear to our hearts than You. Whatever has had a grip on us for generations or has been allowed to gain ground in our individual lives, I command that grip to be loosened now, in Jesus’ name.
Sara, these intercessors, and I have made a declaration over ourselves and our households that, as for us and our houses, we will serve the Lord and no world ruler or ruler of this world can have dominion over us and our households and bloodlines or the ministry of Evidence of Grace.
We want You to be glorified, Jesus, in us our households and bloodlines and we do not want to waver in our allegiance to You and for You in this crooked generation and time of such depravity.
The spiritual pressure is mounting, and we know it. We see it sense it and feel it all around. We know that it will only increase until You return, and we must be made steadfast and immovable by your Holy Spirit!
I know that Sara, these intercessors, our households and bloodlines, and I cannot become steadfast without Your empowerment. Help us yield ourselves to Your Spirit and to see and resist to the god of this age and be made more aware of your Holy Spirits presence and the schemes of the enemy.
Make us able to connect with Your love and Your Holy Spirit and Kingdom that is within us at all times every day. Let us draw strength from Your very being inside of us. Well up within us oh Lord. Father, we need You to make us steadfast and immovable.
Thank you for bringing greater awareness to us of Your light in our hearts. Make us receptive and aware of Your spirit and the Light that you are shining upon the tablets of truth You have placed within us. Let us hear you calling, this is the way walk in it.
Lord, You have written the new covenant on our hearts. You have written Your law within us. You have made us one with You. Help us live in this truth with full faith. Let us connect with greater measure with the life of Christ that is inside of us.
Thank You for loving each of us and for delighting in us and that you are here actively answering these prayers. Thank You for our families and that You have assigned us to the families we are in to be repairers of the breach, to stand as watchmen on the wall for our generation, so that Your will can be accomplished in our lives, families, households, bloodlines, and the world. Help us and our households and bloodlines connect with your embowering grace within us.
We want to accomplish all that You have predestined for us to do for You and Your Kingdom. I know that Sara, these intercessors, our families, and I will not accomplish what You have for us without You making us steadfast and able to withstand the deceptions and spiritual pressures all around us.
Father, I know that Your Word says when the enemy comes in, like a flood You raise a standard against him. And so we say, Here we are. Make Sara and I, these intercessors, our households and bloodlines, the raised standard. Like a flood, let us not be held back as the boldness of Your Holy Spirit flows in and through us, our households, and our bloodlines. Well up within us oh Lord be our Joy and our strength!
Well up within us, O Lord. Renew a right spirit within us and within our husbands and wives, our children, stepchildren, foster children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
I ask that You bring the right divine alignments into each and every one of our lives so that we can help hold one another up and stand firm to the very end.
Father, we thank You and praise You for all You have done in this time of prayer. Thank You that You have renewed us, that You have answered this prayer and the prayers of all the intercessors connected to this mission.
I will dedicate myself to prayer and worship of You, God. I trust You oh God will watch to see Your Word performed, and I will wait expectantly to see and hear reports of these things being accomplished.
I will trust that You will continue speaking to me and lead me by Your Holy Spirit to pray as needed concerning any hindrances to Sara’s steadfastness in the calling on her life and her family.
I also ask that wherever anything anyone has done has broken down Sara’s resolve or made her weary, You would bring justice, mercy, and resolution to those situations.
Change Sara’s heart wherever it needs to be changed and align it with Yours. Give her humility and clarity of vision wherever these hardships have caused her ability to see in the Spirit to become less clear.
Refresh her in Your presence draw her into greater intimacy with you and let her not fear where you are taking her but to know that you have good plans for her, plans to prosper her not to harm her to give her a hope and a future and that you see how long the battle has been. Let her see in tangible ways that You are her defender and the lover of her soul.
Amen.
