Generational Breakthrough Prayer
Father,
In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I come before You praying for generational breakthrough over Sara, her household and bloodline, and over us intercessors, our households and our bloodlines.
As I pray, I confess and repent for my own sins, and I stand in intercessory repentance concerning the sins and patterns that have occurred throughout Sara’s household and bloodline, and throughout us intercessors, our households and our bloodlines.
Father, wherever rebellion, stubbornness, or disobedience has been practiced or permitted, I bring these things before You in repentance. I declare in faith that our children and descendants will not continue in these ways but will cast off the works of darkness and choose the ways of righteousness, truth, obedience, and integrity.
Personally, I repent for anything I have done that has set a sinful or harmful example before my children, family, or others. And in intercession, I bring before You every place where these same sins have occurred throughout Sara’s household and bloodline and throughout us intercessors, our households and our bloodlines.
Forgive us, Father, for choosing our own ways over Your ways. Forgive us for trying to live independently from You, for justifying sin, and for creating ideas of You according to our own understanding rather than submitting ourselves to the truth of who You have revealed Yourself to be.
We confess that Jesus Christ is the risen Son of God and Lord. Forgive every place where we have failed to turn wholeheartedly toward You and every place where prayer or repentance has lacked sincerity.
Father, bring healing and restoration over Sara, her household and bloodline, and over us intercessors, our households and our bloodlines.
Personally, I break agreement with every work of darkness with which I have knowingly or unknowingly agreed. I renounce every false god, idol, and ungodly spiritual influence to which I have personally given agreement.
And in intercession, I ask You to expose and dismantle every ungodly agreement, idolatrous pattern, and spiritual stronghold operating throughout Sara’s household and bloodline and throughout us intercessors, our households and our bloodlines.
Father, I personally repent for every careless, destructive, or ungodly word I have spoken. And I stand in intercessory repentance concerning every pattern of destructive speech throughout our families and bloodlines.
Forgive us for words that have contributed to insecurity, inferiority, anger, resentment, jealousy, strife, rebellion, or disobedience.
I personally repent for every way I have dishonored others through disrespectful speech, disappointment, disapproval, criticism, or dishonor. And I bring before You in intercession these same patterns wherever they have operated throughout Sara’s household and bloodline and throughout us intercessors, our households and our bloodlines.
Forgive us for failing to harness our mouths and guard our words.
Forgive us for every way our words or actions have communicated shame, rejection, or the message that another person was not good enough. Forgive every pattern that has contributed to people rejecting themselves or believing lies about their God-given identity.
I personally repent for every wrongful use of words, emotions, authority, or relationships to manipulate, intimidate, dominate, or control another person. And in intercession, I bring before You every occurrence and generational pattern of manipulation, intimidation, domination, and control throughout our households and bloodlines.
In the name of Jesus Christ, I renounce my own agreements with rejection, shame, manipulation, intimidation, control, rebellion, and every sinful pattern associated with them.
And over Sara, her household and bloodline, and over us intercessors, our households and our bloodlines, I ask You, Father, to expose and break every continuing pattern and consequence associated with these sins.
I renounce and condemn every destructive word I have personally spoken, and I ask You to nullify the destructive effects of ungodly words spoken throughout our families and bloodlines.
Father, let the blood of Jesus cleanse us from every confessed and repented-of sin. Let the power and influence of destructive words be broken.
I declare that Sara, her household and bloodline, and us intercessors, our households and our bloodlines will grow in biblical honor toward one another. Let kindness, affection, truth, grace, and love flow from our hearts and mouths.
Let the unity and love of God govern our conversations and relationships.
In Jesus’ name, let patterns of dishonor be broken and biblical honor be established throughout our households and generations.
Father, break old and sinful habits by Your power. Teach us to walk in harmony with one another. Where pride has operated, cultivate humility. Where division has operated, establish reconciliation according to Your truth.
Teach us, as far as it depends upon us, to live peaceably with all people and to refuse revenge and retaliation.
Father, I personally renounce every attempt I have made to seek spiritual knowledge, wisdom, revelation, power, or guidance apart from You.
And in intercession, I bring before You every place where these sins have occurred throughout Sara’s household and bloodline and throughout us intercessors, our households and our bloodlines.
I renounce every personal agreement I have made with ungodly seeds and sinful patterns, including:
Seeds of rebellion
Seeds of selfishness and self-will
Seeds of pride
Seeds of self-pity and vainglory
Seeds of idolatry
Seeds of disappointment, disapproval, dishonor, and disrespect
Seeds of criticism, control, and manipulation
And Father, concerning these same patterns throughout Sara’s household and bloodline and throughout us intercessors, our households and our bloodlines, I ask You to uproot everything that You did not plant.
Let every ungodly seed shrivel and die and bear no further evil fruit, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Every spirit associated with these sins and seeking to perpetuate their fruit, I bind and rebuke your operations against Sara, her household and bloodline, and against us intercessors, our households and our bloodlines, in the name and authority of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Every assignment connected to agreements that have now been confessed, repented of, and renounced, be canceled in Jesus’ name.
We belong to Jesus Christ.
We will not serve darkness. Sin will not be our master. Jesus Christ is Lord.
In the name of Jesus Christ, go!
Father, let every curse associated with confessed and repented-of sin be broken through the finished work of Jesus Christ.
Restore Sara, her household and bloodline, and us intercessors, our households and our bloodlines in every place where the enemy has sought to bring corruption, ruin, robbery, destruction, division, or distortion of the identity and purposes You intended for us.
Father, restore what has been stolen.
Restore health, strength, peace, joy, relationships, identity, calling, and everything You have ordained according to Your will.
Where the enemy has stolen, we appeal to You as our righteous Judge and our God of restoration. Bring abundant restoration and blessing over Sara, her household and bloodline, and over us intercessors, our households and our bloodlines.
Let every generation that follows us receive a greater inheritance of righteousness, truth, obedience, wisdom, love for Jesus, and wholehearted devotion to You.
May everything You cleanse, heal, deliver, redeem, and restore ultimately bring glory to the name of Jesus Christ.
